Data Analyst

We''re looking for a Staffing Data Analyst to join a high-performing analytics team within a global technology and entertainment organisation. This is a hybrid working role from the company''s London offices.This is an experienced individual contributor role for someone who enjoys working with ambiguous problems, exploring data, developing hypotheses and turning analysis into actionable business decisions.You will work across multiple teams, partnering with Analytics, Data Science and Product stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape analytical initiatives and influence how problems are approached.Responsibilities include:Lead exploratory analysis across complex, cross-functional business problemsIdentify patterns, opportunities and hypotheses that can drive business decisionsDevelop analytical prototypes and models to test ideas and assess potential impactTranslate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholdersPartner with Data Scientists and Product Managers to move ideas from exploration into experimentation and modellingHelp establish best practices for exploratory analytics and hypothesis developmentDevelop reusable analytical approaches and mentor other analystsUse AI-enabled tools, including generative and agentic AI, to improve analytical workflows and accelerate insight generation What we''re looking for:Extensive experience in data analytics, applied analytics, data science or a related fieldAdvanced SQL, Python, R or similar ..... full job details .....
