Data Analyst

Each year we complete over 400,000 repairs, helping to keep tenants safe, properties performing and owners fully compliant. We are looking for a Data Analyst - Bid Performance and Insight to strengthen our bid and growth capability through high-quality data analysis, insight and evidence. Reporting to the Bid Director, this role plays a critical part in understanding why we win and lose work, identifying trends in tender feedback, and translating performance data into compelling, evidence-led bid submissions. You will work closely with bid writers, operational leaders and commercial teams to ensure our bids are data-driven, credible and differentiated. This is a collaborative role sitting at the intersection of data, performance and commercial decision-making, with real influence over bid strategy and continuous improvement.
