?Data Analyst required to join a growing professional services organisation in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working with data, producing meaningful insights and using those insights to support business performance, process improvement and change. Bristol Hybrid £28,000-£35,000 Permanent 35 hours per week Annual Bonus and Annual Salary review The role operates on a hybrid basis, with of 2-3 days per week in the Bristol office with flexibility. The Role As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for producing and analysing management information, monitoring business performance and providing insight to key stakeholders. You will work closely with operational and senior stakeholders to identify trends, highlight opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of changes designed to improve efficiency and performance. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate and timely management information and reporting. Analyse data and provide meaningful insight and commentary on business performance. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management teams. Support forecasting, resource planning and operational performance analysis. Assist with financial forecasting, budget tracking and associated reporting.
