Job Title: Data Analyst - Adult Social CareLocation: Slough (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week onsite)Contract: 12 WeeksRate: 500 per day (Umbrella)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support Adult Social Care services within a local authority environment. This is an initial 12-week contract offering hybrid working, with approximately 1-2 days per week onsite in Slough.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality management information and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making across Adult Services. You will work closely with service leads and stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and translated into meaningful intelligence through robust reporting and dashboards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights across Adult Social Care services.Design and support the technical infrastructure required to host, manage, and integrate multiple datasets from different systems.Lead on the creation of management information outputs, including performance indicators (PIs), KPIs, and statutory reporting requirements.Work with service colleagues to improve data quality, ensuring datasets are accurate, complete, and fit for reporting and analysis.Extract, transform, and analyse data from core Adult Social Care systems.Support ongoing dashboard development, maintenance, and performance monitoring.Provide analytical insight to help the Council ..... full job details .....
