Data Analyst Location: Durrington, West Sussex - Hybrid working (attendance required for key stakeholder sessions) Rate: 400 per day (Umbrella) Reporting to: Service Design and Transition LeadWe''re looking for an experienced Service Data Analyst to support the definition and implementation of application and service criticality across the organisation.This is a high-impact contract role where your work will directly inform strategic decision-making, including service tiering, resilience planning (RPO/RTO), investment priorities and risk management.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for collating, validating and analysing data from application workshops to establish a clear, reliable and executive-ready view of service criticality, risk and resilience.Key ResponsibilitiesData Collation and ValidationGather and consolidate data from workshop outputsIdentify gaps, inconsistencies and inaccuracies in existing datasetsCleanse and normalise data to create a single source of truthCriticality AssessmentSupport the definition and application of service criticality tiers (e.g. Mission Critical, Business Critical)Map applications to business services and processesAnalysis and InsightAnalyse service data to identify risks, dependencies and resilience gapsHighlight single points of failure and unsupported systemsProvide insight into service health and business impactSupport scenario analysisExecutive ReportingProduce clear, concise, and visually engaging reporting for senior ..... full job details .....
