Data Analysis (Pensions)

As a Data analysis, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of pension member records. You will be responsible for validating, reconciling, and updating pension data, ensuring compliance with Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) regulations and supporting the efficient administration of pension benefits.Location: County Hall, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5LGWorking Pattern: 37 Hours per WeekContract: 3 Months+ OngoingStart Date: ASAPPay Rate: £13.26 per hour (negotiable based on experience) Working Arrangement: Fully Remote Considered (Ideally 1 Day per Week in the Office)Key Responsibilities:Maintaining accurate pension member records and ensuring data quality standards are metCross-checking and reconciling employer and pension scheme dataProcessing LGPS pension administration tasksSupporting pension benefit calculations, transfers, and aggregationsUpdating, validating, and maintaining member informationWorking with pension administration systems and Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse dataAssisting with pension administration processes in line with relevant regulations and proceduresEnsuring records are accurate and up to date for active, deferred, and pensioner membersEssential Requirements:Strong Microsoft Excel skillsExperience working with large volumes of data accurately and efficientlyExperience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applicationsKnowledge or experience of pensions administrationExcellent attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
