The Role

* Lead end-to-end Data and AI transformation programmes
* Manage cross-functional business and technology teams
* Drive delivery, governance, implementation and remediation activities
* Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
* Translate technical solutions into clear commercial outcomes

About You

You''ll have:

* Experience delivering large-scale Data, AI or Analytics transformation programmes
* Strong programme leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Banking or regulated Financial Services experience
* Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms and AI technologies
* Excellent consulting and communication skills

Experience with **Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Python and SQL** is desirable, along with **Agile or SAFe** delivery and tools such as **Jira** and **Confluence**.
