You''ll lead complex delivery programmes spanning data, AI, governance and change working directly with senior banking stakeholders to turn technical complexity into business results.

The role:
- Lead large-scale data and AI transformation programmes
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams (business + tech)
- Drive implementation, remediation and advisory work
- Partner with senior client leadership
- Translate technical requirements into business outcomes

Tech environment:
Azure / AWS / GCP - Databricks - Snowflake - Power BI - Python - SQL - Jira - Confluence - Agile/SAFe

What you''ll bring:
- Track record delivering large-scale data or AI programmes
- Strong stakeholder and programme leadership
- Banking or regulated Financial Services experience
- Solid grasp of modern data platforms and AI transformation
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
