Job Title: Data Administrator

Location: Glasgow - 110 St Vincent Street

Work from Home: Office & Remote - 3 days per week working from home after training

Start Date: October 2025

Hourly Pay Rate: -15.42

Contract Length: 6 months (with view for extension)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, Full Time

We''re looking for detail-oriented Data Administrators to support our back-office operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills who thrive in a collaborative yet independent working environment. Protecting our customers data and ensuring requests are completed quickly and accurately!

Full training will be provided, both in-person and via Microsoft Teams, so you''ll be fully equipped to succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity using Microsoft Excel.
  • Handle complex reconciliation cases with precision and attention to detail.
  • Set up savings accounts and support wider administrative processes.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project goals while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Apply a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving.

What We''re Looking For:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Previous experience in administration or book-keeping.
  • Experience in banking or financial services is ideal but not essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, professional communication abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
