Hybrid working - office based in central Bristol

Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Data Administrator on a temporary basis. We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive individuals to support a critical data cleanse project.

You would initially be identifying discrepancies in paperwork before moving to data analysis in the final stage of the project.

• Review, validate and update existing datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify and correct data duplicates or outdated information
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify data sources and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain clear documentation of changes and processes

Skills / experience:

• Demonstrated experience in data entry, analysis, or data management
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently
• Clear and effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and resolving data-related queries
• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection regulations
