An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Design andamp; Technology Teacher to join a supportive and well-established secondary school in the Slough area. The school is easily accessible from surrounding parts of Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

About the Role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification is preferred but not essential
- Experience teaching Design Technology at the secondary school level
- Solid understanding of the Design Technology curriculum and workshop safety protocols
- Practical and creative teaching style
- Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
The ideal candidate will:
- Deliver inclusive lessons that meet the diverse needs and abilities of all pupils
- Utilise the schoolandrsquo;s outstanding facilities and resources to enhance learning
- Provide tailored support while offering appropriate levels of challenge to stretch students'' potential
- Plan creative and engaging lessons that motivate and inspire learners
- Regular marking and assessment are integral to this role to support pupil progress
