About the Role:
- Create engaging and creative lessons in Product Design and Engineering for KS3 to KS5.
- Plan, assess, and tailor lessons to suit all learnersandrsquo; needs.
- Promote problem-solving, design thinking, and hands-on skills in a safe, well-resourced space.
- Support the schoolandrsquo;s commitment to high-quality teaching and learning.
- Inspire students to appreciate the real-world impact and responsibilities of product design and wood tech
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified teacher with QTS/PGCE or an equivalent international certification
- Specialist knowledge of the KS3andndash;KS5 Design Technology curriculum, focusing on Product Design and Wood Tech
- Reflective educator skilled in classroom management and student assessment
- Holds a current DBS certificate on the update service or willing to apply for one
- Able to provide two professional references from the last two years
