Are you an experienced Dams and Reservoir Engineer looking for your next opportunity within the water and infrastructure sector?We are currently seeking a skilled Dams and Reservoir Engineer to join a specialist engineering team delivering complex and technically challenging projects across the UK.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to major reservoir safety, dams and hydraulic structures projects, working as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.The RoleAs a Dams and Reservoir Engineer, you will provide technical input into the design and delivery of reservoir and hydraulic structures projects.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the delivery of engineering design work for dams, reservoirs and hydraulic structures projects.Providing technical input into reservoir safety improvement schemes.Working on the design and assessment of earth and concrete dams, weirs and hydraulic structures.Producing and reviewing technical reports, calculations, drawings and scopes of work.Working collaboratively with engineers, scientists and other technical disciplines.Supporting project teams in delivering work to programme, budget and quality requirements.Applying relevant design codes, standards and industry best practice.Providing technical support to clients and project stakeholders where required.Supporting bids, tenders and technical proposals.Contributing to design reviews and quality assurance processes.Working closely with ..... full job details .....
