Damp Waterproofing Surveyor

We are recruiting for a Damp and Waterproofing Surveyor to join a growing specialist contractor that is actively raising standards within the damp and waterproofing industry. This is not a tick-box surveying role. This is for someone who understands building pathology, can diagnose issues properly, and wants to be part of a business that values quality over volume. The Opportunity This is a key hire within the business. You will have autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to genuinely influence how projects are diagnosed and delivered. You ll be working in a company where: Surveys are done properly, not rushed Clients are educated, not sold to Quality and reputation matter The Role As a Damp and Waterproofing Surveyor, you will carry out detailed inspections across residential and commercial properties, identifying root causes and producing clear, professional reports. You will be trusted to: Diagnose damp issues correctly (not just surface-level reporting) Assess waterproofing requirements including Type A and Type C systems Produce commercially sound recommendations Build trust with clients through clear, confident communication Requirements CSSW or CSTDB qualified (PCA) Experience as a Damp Surveyor / Waterproofing Surveyor Strong report writing and client-facing ability Full UK driving licence Desirable: Basement / structural waterproofing experience Broader understanding of building defects and design Location and Travel Projects across London and Greater ..... full job details .....
