Damp and Mould Surveyor South Essex Rate: £400/day Contract: 6 months My client in South Essex is looking for 2x experienced Damp and Mould Surveyors to assess housing stock You ll respond to resident callouts, inspect properties, and recommend remedial actions to tackle damp and mould issues. Key Responsibilities Inspect homes for damp, mould, and condensation. Respond to resident reports and complaints. Produce clear reports and action plans. Liaise with contractors and internal teams. Ensure compliance with housing standards. Ideal Candidate Experience in damp/mould surveying HNC/ HND qualified (minimum)/ degree in building surveying/ AssocRICS/ ACABE Strong knowledge of building pathology.
