They support over 1,800 vulnerable people each year, helping individuals live independently and with dignity across Surrey, Berkshire, West Sussex, and South-West London. We''re looking for a skilled Asset Condition, Damp and Mould Surveyor to join a supportive Asset Management team who take pride in improving living standards across our housing portfolio. Day to day: Be the go-to professional for property inspections, identifying and tackling repair, damp, mould, and building condition issues. Carry out stock condition surveys and ensure homes meet safety and compliance standards. Work alongside Asset Managers, Contractors, and Consultants to validate data, monitor works, and drive quality delivery. Lead damp and mould investigations in line with Awaab''s Law, ensuring fast, effective solutions for residents. Support compliance activities (fire safety, asbestos, legionella, etc.) while keeping inspection data accurate and actionable. Write specifications, oversee small works projects, and make sure outcomes are delivered to the highest standard.
