This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional with strong technical knowledge of damp, mould, condensation and building defects. You will be responsible for inspecting residential properties, diagnosing the causes of damp and mould, identifying building defects and specifying appropriate remedial works. You will also oversee works through to completion, ensuring repairs are completed to the required standard. The role involves regular contact with residents, so a professional, empathetic and solutions-focused approach is essential.
