Damp and Mould Surveyor - South East London Location: South East London Pay: £25.23 PAYE / £31.74 Umbrella per hour Hours: 35 hours per week Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Contract: Initial 3-month contract Start Date: ASAP IR35: Inside IR35 Opportunity: Potential extension or permanent opportunity Damp and Mould Surveyor VNA Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Damp and Mould Surveyor to join a busy property and housing team within a large public sector organisation in South East London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional with strong technical knowledge of damp, mould, condensation and building defects. You will be responsible for inspecting residential properties, diagnosing the causes of damp and mould, identifying building defects and specifying appropriate remedial works. You will also oversee works through to completion, ensuring repairs are completed to the required standard. The role involves regular contact with residents, so a professional, empathetic and solutions-focused approach is essential. There is also potential for the contract to be extended or for the position to become permanent.
