This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with a strong background in damp, mould, and housing condition inspections to make a real impact on residents'' living conditions. The Role You will be responsible for investigating reports of damp, mould, condensation, and other housing health hazards across residential properties. You will carry out detailed inspections, identify root causes, and provide practical recommendations to ensure homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.
