This is a 3-month ongoing contract with a day rate of -400pd inside of IR35, with a working pattern of 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office, including regular site visits to carry out inspections. This role will focus on delivering high-quality disrepair surveys, with a particular emphasis on damp and mould cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, conducting detailed property inspections, identifying root causes, and recommending practical and compliant remedial actions. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
