This is an initial 6-month contract paying -315 per day via umbrella, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working within a social housing environment, you''ll be responsible for investigating reports of damp, mould and condensation, carrying out property inspections, diagnosing building defects, and specifying remedial works. You''ll play a key role in ensuring residents'' homes are maintained to a safe and habitable standard while supporting the delivery of regulatory and landlord obligations. Responsibilities: Conduct inspections of residential properties to investigate damp, mould and condensation issues. Diagnose building defects and identify the root causes of property-related issues. Prepare detailed survey reports, specifications and recommendations for remedial works. Manage cases from inspection through to completion, ensuring works are delivered effectively.
