This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in improving living conditions across social housing properties. You’ll use your technical expertise to identify the causes of damp and mould, recommend effective remedial solutions, and ensure works are completed to a high standard. The Role As a Damp & Mould Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed pre- and post-inspections of damp and mould issues across occupied and void properties. Working closely with internal teams, management and contractors, you’ll provide expert technical advice and ensure that maintenance repairs and planned works are delivered effectively, safely and in line with relevant standards.
