Damp and Mould SupervisorLocation: North West LondonContract: Temporary to PermanentPay Rate: 32.50 per hour UmbrellaSector: Social HousingWorking Arrangement: Site and Office BasedAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp and Mould Supervisor to join a busy Social Housing Property Services team in North West London.The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of damp, mould and wider property repairs, ensuring works are diagnosed correctly, completed to a high standard and delivered within required timescales.You will work closely with residents, contractors, surveyors and internal teams to ensure damp and mould issues are effectively managed and that residents receive a professional and responsive service.This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the delivery of damp, mould and associated property repairs across a social housing stock.Carry out pre-inspections, work-in-progress inspections and post-inspections.Undertake investigations and assist with the diagnosis of damp, mould and building-related defects.Identify the root cause of damp and mould issues and recommend appropriate remedial works.Monitor contractors and operatives to ensure works are completed safely, correctly and within agreed timescales.Prepare and review specifications, scopes of work and schedules where required.Ensure remedial works comply with relevant standards, policies and procedures.Monitor outstanding damp and ..... full job details .....
