You will be responsible for managing damp & mould cases from initial report through to completion, ensuring timely responses, strong resident engagement, and high-quality remedial works. Key Responsibilities Manage damp & mould cases end-to-end Oversee first response, ensuring quality and full evidence capture Coordinate follow-on works with internal teams and contractors Manage access, vulnerabilities, and risk Monitor performance (KPIs, response times, completions) Support complaints and Ombudsman enquiries Ensure compliance with health & safety standards Requirements Experience in a supervisory role within social housing or maintenance Strong understanding of damp & mould processes Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience with case management and reporting Knowledge of housing legislation (HHSRS, Awaab’s Law) Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer Career developm...
