Ensure contractors, consultants, and partner agencies deliver high-quality work. Maintain compliance with standards, schedules, and budgets. Maintain detailed records and update asset management databases. Collaborate with Building Safety and Compliance teams to ensure safe and regulatorily compliant homes. Person Specification Strong project management skills with a focus on quality and compliance. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with experience in maintaining records and databases. Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and partner agencies. Knowledge of building safety and compliance standards.
