Damp and mould operative 20- 21 an hour + Van and Fuel Card HarlowAbout the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mould Washer to join our team, delivering high-quality repairs and remedial works in occupied and void social housing properties. Working across Harlow, you will play a key role in improving residents'' homes by addressing damp and mould issues and carrying out painting and decorating tasks to a professional standard. ResponsibilitiesCarry out remedial works to address damp and mould issues in social housing properties, including cleaning, treating affected areas, and applying anti-mould coatings.Undertake painting and decorating works internally and externally to a high standard.Other Multi-Trade repairsPrepare surfaces (sanding, filling, sealing) before painting or treatment.Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations.Communicate effectively with tenants to explain works and minimise disruption.Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicles in good condition.Accurately record all completed works using handheld devices or work orders.Work as part of a wider maintenance team to deliver excellent customer serviceRequirementsKnowledge of damp and mould treatment in residential properties.Experience working in social housing or similar environments is desirable.Strong ..... full job details .....
