Damp and Mould Operative

We are currently looking for a Damp and Mould Operative in the Hemel Hempstead, working for a well established Housing Association. This is a permanent position, working on reactive repairs team within domestic properties.In this Damp and Mould Operative role, you will be responsible for:Removing damp and mould from social housing propertiesApplying mould treatments to wallsDriving to different locations across HertfordshireGeneral maintenance such as basic joinery, basic plumbing, patch tiling, patch plastering and painting etc We are looking for a Damp and Mould Operative who:Ideally has a trade background in either painting or plastering Holds a full UK driving licence Has their own hand tools Has experience in a similar role dealing with damp and mouldIn return, the Damp and Mould Operative will receive: 35,000 base salary Company van and fuel card includedSpecialist tools providedVarious bonus schemes availableOvertime available Call out availableIf you are interested in this Damp and Mould Operative role, please apply online or call Alex on (phone number removed). ..... full job details .....
