Damp and Mould OperativeWestminster, London£34,000 - £38,000 per annum + Company Van + Excellent BenefitsFull Time, Permanent42.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, half hour lunchWe are looking to recruit a Damp and Mould Operative to join our Westminster RandM team.About the roleWorking to deliver the best quality service, you''ll carrying out responsive painting and decorating to occupied properties, to include glossing, emulsion, and papering in addition to undertaking mould wash and eradication treatments. You''ll ensure effective preparation techniques, producing "perfect" finishes to all applications, whilst delivering exceptional customer services, ensuring our customers always come first.You''ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.About YouCandidates should hold a relevant City and Guilds qualification or NVQ in their trade, along with a Skilled CSCS Card and strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Customer-focused and experienced in working within occupied properties, you will be committed to delivering high-quality repairs right the first time and within agreed timescales.
