Damp and Mould Operative

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs and maintenance industry.We are currently working on behalf of a large social housing contractor who are looking for Damp and Mould Operatives to cover Kingston and surrounding areas.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Damp and Mould Operatives with a multi-trade background to join an established repairs and maintenance team carrying out works within residential properties.Duties will include: Carrying out damp and mould treatments Thermal boarding Plastering and patch repairs Painting and decorating Carrying out associated multi-trade repairs Working within occupied properties Completing works to a high standard and right first time Working safely and professionally within residents'' homes Providing a professional service to residents To be considered for this role, you must have previous damp and mould experience, including experience with thermal boarding.
