Job Opportunity: Damp and Mould Operative (with Painting Duties) - West EssexMMP Consultancy are looking for experienced operatives to work in social housing, primarily carrying out damp and mould remediation in line with Awaab''s Law, with additional painting and decorating duties as required.Key Responsibilities:Conduct damp and mould inspections, treatment, and prevention in tenanted and void propertiesAdvise tenants on damp and mould preventionCarry out minor repairs and damp-proofingComplete painting and decorating tasks as neededMaintain health and safety standards and accurate records via PDARequirements:Proven experience in damp and mould treatment (painting experience desirable)Basic DBSFull UK driving licenceAsbestos Awareness certificationStrong communication and customer service skillsBenefits:Company van, fuel card, and PDA system providedPay Rate: 20.00 per hour (Umbrella)Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri)Location: West ..... full job details .....
