Job Title: Damp and Mould Operative Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSector: Property ServicesLocation: WestminsterHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pmSalary: 38,000.00 per annumWe are seeking an experienced Damp and Mould Operative to join a dedicated housing repairs team working on a long term social housing contract in Westminster.Responsibilities:Carrying out damp and mould treatment works within occupied properties as part of planned and responsive maintenance programmes. Diagnosing the root causes of damp, condensation, and mould issues, and implementing appropriate remedial actions to prevent recurrence. Applying specialists treatments, including anti-fungal washes, mould-resistant paints, and other protective coatings. Completing associated minor works such as plastering, painting, and decorating to restore affected areas following treatment. Maintaining a high standard of workmanship in accordance to health and safety regulations, internal quality standards, and client expectations. Accurately recording work completed, updating job sheets and reporting progress or issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
