With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and sustainability, we are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Damp and Mould Operative to join us.The Role As a Damp and Mould Operative, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, treating, and preventing damp and mould issues within residential properties. You will ensure homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out inspections to identify causes of damp and mould (e.g. condensation, penetrating damp, leaks)Undertake remedial works including mould treatment, stain blocking, ventilation improvements, and minor repairsApply anti-mould coatings and damp-proofing treatmentsWork in occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residentsProvide clear advice to tenants on preventing damp and mould recurrenceComplete all works in line with health and safety regulations and company standardsAccurately record job details and maintain documentationRequirementsProven experience in damp and mould treatment or property maintenanceGood knowledge of damp causes and remedial ..... full job details .....
