Ensuring the exemplary performance of the Damp and Mould team operatives, achieved via a dedicated in-house team with partnering support from selected contractors, with an aim of remaining compliant within Awaab''s Law and delivering an excellent standard of service to customers.Duties for the position of Damp and Mould Manager in West Sussex include:Ensure all our homes meet the required legislation under Awaab''s Law, and maintain up to date knowledge of legislation and best practice, and share this with your team and the organisation as appropriate.Ensure full compliance with Awaab''s Law by leading the response of prompt investigation and resolution of HHSRS cases within the legally mandated timeframes.Ensure all work follows the procedures for timely inspections, reporting, and repairs.Report ..... full job details .....
