Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day damp and mould service. Drive down WIP/backlogs and improve turnaround times. Manage and monitor KPIs, SLAs, data and performance . Oversee budgets, expenditure and financial performance . Manage and lead a team of Supervisors and Surveyors . Monitor team and contractor performance and address underperformance. Analyse MI and implement actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
