Damp and Mould Manager - Social HousingLocation: North West LondonRate: 300- 325 per day PAYEContract: Ongoing TemporaryStart: ASAPWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp and Mould Manager to join a leading social housing provider in North West London on an ongoing temporary basis.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day damp and mould service.Drive down WIP/backlogs and improve turnaround times.Manage and monitor KPIs, SLAs, data and performance.Oversee budgets, expenditure and financial performance.Manage and lead a team of Supervisors and Surveyors.Monitor team and contractor performance and address underperformance.Analyse MI and implement actions to improve productivity and efficiency.Report performance, financialsAbout YouYou will need to demonstrate:Strong experience and understanding of damp and mould case management.Experience managing Surveyors, Supervisors and/or technical operational teams.A strong commercial mindset and experience managing budgets, expenditure and financial performance.Proven experience working with KPIs, SLAs and performance targets.Experience of successfully reducing WIP, backlogs or outstanding repairs/cases. ..... full job details .....
