Using remote monitoring technology, property knowledge and great customer service skills, you''ll assess cases, identify risks, provide practical advice, and ensure customers get the right support quickly. What you''ll do Assess damp, mould, condensation and repair cases remotely. Review environmental data, resident information, photos and property records. Identify likely causes and determine the best course of action. Provide customers with advice on ventilation, heating and moisture control. Escalate complex cases to surveyors, repairs teams or specialist contractors. Produce clear reports and maintain accurate records. Support repairs scheduling and, on occasion, attend properties to carry out mould washes or minor remedial works.
