We have an urgent requirement for experienced Damp & Mould Surveyors to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality property inspections and remediation works.

Key Details:

• Duration: 3 - 6 months
• Day Rate: £375 – £400 per day umbrella
• Hours: 35 per week
• Location: SW London/ Surrey
• Car & Driving License: Essential
• Mileage: £0.55 per mile 

Role Overview: You will manage damp & mould works from inspection through to completion, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and delivering excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, specifying repairs, managing contractors, and maintaining accurate records.
