Main Duties Carry out property inspections and diagnose damp, mould, condensation and building defects. Identify root causes and recommend remedial works. Produce survey reports, specifications and scopes of work. Raise and manage repairs and works orders. Monitor works through pre-inspection, work in progress and post-inspection stages. Ensure works meet quality, compliance and health & safety standards. Support with disrepair cases, complaints and housing condition investigations. Maintain accurate records, reports and compliance data. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in property surveying and damp & mould diagnostics. Strong knowledge of HHSRS, housing legislation, Building Regulations and building pathology. Experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance.
