Damp & Mould Surveyor

Local authority in Staffordshire are currently looking for a damp and mould surveyor initially until the end of the financial year.-

Purpose of the role:-

Reporting to the Head of Planned Works and Assets, working within the disrepair team, the post is responsible for providing specialist technical expertise in relation to disrepair and damp and mould cases, overseeing rectification and repair works from inception through to successful completion, ensuring that a high quality, timely, resident-focussed, coordinated, and value for money service is delivered.

-43 an hour-

37 hours per week-
