Location: East London
Salary: -38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Damp and Mould Operative to carry out remedial works within occupied social housing properties.
Role includes:

• Identifying and treating damp and mould issues in residential properties
• Carrying out remedial works including cleaning, treating affected areas, and minor repairs
• Diagnosing causes of damp and implementing effective solutions
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Adhering to all health & safety guidelines
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service

Requirements:

• Experience in damp and mould treatment or related maintenance work
• Experience within social housing or residential maintenance
• Good understanding of damp-related issues and solutions
• Own tools and ability to use a smartphone app
• A drug and alcohol test will be carried out on the day of induction
