Damp & Mould Operative

A great opportunity has arisen for a Damp & Mould Operative based in Lambeth to join a social housing contractor on temporary ongoing basis paying -20.50per hour.
The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van.
Damp and Mould Operative Duties:

• Following training generally assess and diagnose damp and mould problems
• Washing and cleaning affected surfaces within residents'' homes.
• Treating damp and mould with specified mould treatments.
• Carrying our minor repair works.

The Successful Damp and Mould Operative will be required to:

• Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
• Carry out works allocated by appointments
• Have a valid UK Driving Licence
