About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Daily Supply Teacher to join our network of educators in Colchester and surrounding areas. As a supply teacher, you will be covering short-term absences across a range of primary and secondary schools, offering you the flexibility to choose the days you work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons according to the school''s curriculum and guidelines.

• Manage classroom behavior in a positive and effective manner.

• Follow the school''s rules and regulations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students.

• Mark work when required and provide feedback to students.

• Report back to school leadership on any incidents or concerns.

• Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive school environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching in UK schools (either primary or secondary).

• Strong classroom management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
