We are recruiting for a  DA Refuge Manager  to lead a specialist refuge service in Leicester supporting women from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic  (BAME)  and refugee communities.  This is an opportunity to join a highly respected women''s organisation providing culturally sensitive support, emergency accommodation and community-based services to women and children fleeing abuse and violence.   About the Role   You will oversee the day-to-day management of a Leicester refuge service consisting of 4 houses with 18 bed spaces, managing a team of approximately 3-4 staff members across full-time and part-time services whilst overseeing the IDVA provision.
