D365FO Support Analyst - Yorkshire - 55KNigel Frank have been retained be a Yorkshire based organisation currently expanding their internal IT capability and looking to bring in a D365FO Support Analyst. This hire will play a key role in the upcoming projects. You''ll also contribute to ongoing efforts to streamline processes, boost automation, and strengthen adoption across multiple departments.This position offers a unique pathway for candidates working in support roles looking to transition into Application Management. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work in-office 3-4 days a week and have experience supporting Dynamics AX/365. Your Role and Responsibilities:Handle second and third-line queries across a portfolio of business-critical applications (Dynamics AX/365, BI tools etc)Play a central role in Dynamics AX/365 and application-based project work, managing specific deliverables.Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering support and insight to both technical and non-technical teamsSupport regular software roll outs and participate in system enhancement cyclesTrain and guide end-users during process changes or software deploymentsKey Experience and Skills:Solid hands-on experience with Dynamics AX/365Familiarity with hybrid, cloud, and on-premise systems architecturePrior experience supporting enterprise-level business applicationsExposure to Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate is highly desirableExcellent communication skills, ..... full job details .....
