Dynamics 365 HR Consultant (Contract) - Outside IR35 3-6 Months 550- 650/day (London)We''re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 HR Consultant to support and improve a live HR system within D365 Finance and Operations (HR module). This hands-on role focuses on stabilising the system, resolving issues, optimising configuration, and documenting processes following the departure of internal specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve system issues (workflows, automations, integrations, DocuSign)Configure and optimise D365 HR / FandO setupConduct discovery and document processes, configurations, and integrationsRun stakeholder workshops and act as a bridge between business and technical teamsTrain internal staff and provide clear knowledge transferSupport integrations with external systems and Power Automate (desirable)Key SkillsStrong experience with Dynamics 365 HR / FandOFunctional and technical expertise with hands-on configurationProven experience in live system support/stabilisationExcellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skillsDesirablePower Automate, DocuSign, and CRM/onboarding integrations experienceExperience with HR system transitions or replacementsDynamics 365 HR Consultant (Contract) - Outside IR35 3-6 Months 550- 650/day (London) ..... full job details .....
