D365 FandO Test Manager

We''re supporting a global organisation undergoing a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations transformation and are looking for an experienced D365 Test Manager to lead testing across a complex international ERP landscape.This role will own the global testing framework, with a strong focus on test governance, automation, AI-enabled testing and quality assurance across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities:Define and govern the global testing strategy and frameworkLead System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and Regression Testing activitiesDrive AI-led testing and automation initiativesManage relationships with System Integrators and third-party partnersSupport SIT, UAT, OAT and Go-Live readiness across regional deploymentsExpand automated test coverage and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelinesDrive quality governance, defect management and release readinessRequirements:10+ years'' ERP testing leadership experience within large global transformation programmesStrong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations expertiseDeep knowledge of SAT, SIT, UAT, OAT and Regression TestingAdvanced Azure DevOps experienceProven background in test automation and AI-enabled testingExperience working with global stakeholders, product teams and major System IntegratorsExcellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a major international transformation programme where automation, AI and testing innovation are central to ..... full job details .....
