D365 Fandamp;O Solution Architect Start: ASAPDuration: 6 months+Location: hybrid, Windsor, 1 day per week on sitePay: inside IR35, up to £600 p/day Overview:We are looking for a seasoned D365 Finance andamp; Operations Solution Architect to shape and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires a strategic mindset and deep technical and business process knowledge.Key Responsibilities:- Engage directly with clients to understand needs and propose effective solutions.- Design and guide architecture transition to industry-standard platforms.- Lead workshops, define MVPs, and contribute to product and architecture roadmaps.- Provide solution oversight from bid stage through to delivery.- Support and mentor team members, sharing best practices.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical delivery and business value.Skills andamp; Experience Required:- 8+ years'' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fandamp;O (or AX), with at least 4 end-to-end implementations.- Strong technical foundation, with deep understanding of Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, or Supply Chain.- Experience in D365 infrastructure, Azure deployments, integrations, and customisation strategies.- Confident in engaging at executive level and managing client expectations.- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.- Energy sector experience is an advantage.Additional Information:- Individual contributor role (no direct ..... full job details .....
