CRM Product Lead , you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Leadership teams to improve system engagement, embed best practices, and ensure the CRM supports business goals. If you’re passionate about Dynamics and enjoy leading change across commercial teams, this role could be a perfect fit.

Key responsibilities
Drive user adoption and engagement with Microsoft Dynamics CRMLead onboarding, upskilling, and tailored training across business functionsOwn and evolve the CRM product roadmapAct as Product Owner for CRM: gather requirements and manage the development backlogTranslate business workflows into scalable and intuitive CRM featuresEnsure CRM data quality, performance, and integration with other platforms (ATS, finance)Define CRM best practices, documentation, and usage standardsLiaise with internal stakeholders, reporting to the CTO with a dotted line to the CFO
Experience and skills we’re looking for
Strong experience owning and scaling
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
in a
commercial environmentProven success driving behavioral change and user engagementExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – from end users to execsHands-on approach – comfortable training users and managing day-to-day CRM issuesStrong understanding of business processes in professional services or consultingExperience with Agile delivery and business process mappingMust be a
British or ILR holder

Location
Central London — 4 days in the office per week (no remote flexibility beyond 1 day)
