Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.Provide hands-on technical expertise to help drive the success of the CRM improvements.Assess business requirements to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems.Support colleagues by coaching and developing their skills in Dynamics 365, fostering internal capability and knowledge sharing.Qualifications / Skills

Strong product knowledge with hands-on experience on D365 CE and Power Platform.Proven ability integrating D365 with other applications.Understanding of core Dynamics modules, particularly Customer Service.Benefits
