D365 CE Functional Consultant Onsite in LondonOur client a global consultancy is looking for a D365 Functional Consultant on an initial 6 month contract with the option of extension thereafter. Responsibilities: Lead functional design and configuration for CIJ (customer insight journey) Real Time marketing Configure Real Time events, event triggers, and event-based conditions Build Real Time segments (behavioural, event-driven, attribute segments) Design customer journeys with branching logic (conditions, A/B splits, wait conditions, exit rules) Configure brand profiles, compliance profiles, consent centre, subscription centres Build email/SMS/WhatsApp templates with personalization andamp; rules Define KPI tracking, journey analytics, reporting requirements Conduct requirement workshops, UAT, training andamp; documentation Required Skills andamp; Experience 5-8 years in Dynamics 365 Marketing/CIJ Strong understanding of CIJ RTM features: events, segments, branching journeys Hands-on with journey orchestration, goals, suppression rules, exit conditions Experience configuring consent andamp; compliance profiles with regional logic Strong template-building skills: email, SMS, dynamic text, personalization Good analytical skills for interpreting journey insights andamp; performance Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills D365 CE Functional Consultant Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to ..... full job details .....
